Library Membership, Rules & Regulations


    1. All the users are required to scan their ID cards at the entrance in electronic movement register.
    2. ID card is compulsory to enter the library.
    3. Use of Cell phone is not allowed in the library ,if the reader wishes to keep them while using the library, it must be  switched off or silent mode.
    4. A non member can use the library facilities with prior permission of the Principal or Librarian.
    5. 3 books will be issued to UG students for a period of 15 days. And 5 books for PG students.
    6. Return the books on time ,otherwise a fine of rupees 1 per day will be calculated on late return of books
    7. Readers are instructed to use the books carefully. don't write any thing on library books. Don't fold the papers of books.
    8. Maintain the reading room cleanliness .Eating inside reading room is restricted
    9. loss of books will leavy a fine of double amount of the book lost.
    10. Reference books like competitive examination books dictionaries, encyclopedia  are not issued to home. Readers can use the reference books in reading room from 10am to 5pm.
